I have been a professional dog trainer since 2016
where I began my professional journey working at one of the largest dog
training centres in West Sussex. This has allowed me to gain a considerable
experience in training a variety of dogs with many different and sometimes
complex training and behavioural requirements.
In 2017 I
became a member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers. I consider it
important as a trainer to have both knowledge and experience and I am committed
to continuing my education so that you and your dog can be confident of
receiving the most up to date information and training techniques.
I will work
with you on a 1 to 1 basis covering general training requirements or
behavioural modification. This can be at your home or working either within the
environment or similar to where you are experiencing the unwanted issues. I also
have a keen interest in scent detection work and can offer training whether you
just wish to do it for fun or at a competition level.
My methods
of training focus on teaching and rewarding the dog for the things that you
want, rather than correcting what you don’t want.
